All new clients are required to attend a consultation before any treatment. Our skin experts will help tailor make a treatment plan catered to your skin needs and goals.
During your consultation, we will assess the skin or hair depending on the nature of the consultation and perform a patch test. Our consultants will discuss your skin goals and tailor make a treatment plan suitable to your skin needs.
At your treatment appointment, your consultant will talk you through the treatment and answer any questions you may have. If you are happy to proceed with the treatment, you will be asked to sign a consent form that states that you have read and understood the information we have
All laser hair removal treatments require a patch-test at least 48 hours prior to treatment. A patch-test is a few pulses of laser on the treated area to enable us to, firstly, identify an effective treatment level for you and, secondly, ensure that the settings are suitable for your skin. The laser hair removal patch-test also enables you to experience what the laser treatment feels like and gives you an idea of what to expect in terms of recovery. The patch-test is performed on the day of your complimentary consultation and you can book your appointment afterwards.
At Beauty Spot Skin we want to make you feel comfortable & supported throughout your treatment journey with us. After your treatment, we send you useful information about how to look after the treated area, home care products (as needed) and follow up calls after your treatment. Our customer service team is available 7 days a week to help assist and answer any questions you may have prior or post treatment.
